Google Docs

Google Docs is a free, web-based word-processor. The applications allow for word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, drawings, and form applications. This is application is very similar to Microsoft Office. It allows for people to work on their documents from anywhere they have internet access. It is also more fit for the workplace, because it allows for multiple users to use view and edit the document at the same time.
In order to use this, you need to have a Gmail account. The documents are saved on the gmail account, able to be accessed anywhere and at anytime. Microsoft Office requires a subscription or a software purchase.
In my opinion, Google Docs is better to use than Microsoft Office. It is more efficient because of its features. I believe that companies should switch to this system of word processing because they would be able to get more work done with greater detail.
